The event which is taking place in an open area near the beach in the southern region of Katara. This market will run until June 20.
A number of leading companies specialising in production, distribution and sale of food items are participating in this shopping event.
They include Al Meera Consumer Goods Company, Widam Foods Company, Arab Qatari Company for Poultry Production, Dandy and Ghadeer, among others.
This annual Ramadan market at Katara, in its second year, is offering a wide range of consumer goods to the visitors, especially families, in one place at affordable prices.
Until the beginning of Ramadan, the market will be open to visitors from 5pm to 10pm all days while during Ramadan, it will remain open from 8pm to midnight.
