Do you like eating dates? Did you know that dates are one of the important foods in Qatar and the Middle East and one of Qatar's agricultural export product.

The Ministry of Municipality and Environment (MME) established the Local Dates Festival which is held annually to further promote local Qatari agricultural products. The 6th local dates festival recently ended on July 30, 2021 and over 80 farms participated and sold its products in the festival.
