The Ministry of Interior had announced that citizens and residents of Qatar can now file a criminal complaint at security departments through the Metrash2 app.
This new service launched by MOI reduces the time required to communicate and simplifies the procedures for the public. This has especially been helpful during the COVID-19 pandemic.
