The ILQ team had the privilege to invade the humongous kitchen of Grand Hyatt Doha's Rocca restaurant and not only that, we were also challenged by Silvio Zacchareo to cook pasta alongside him! We were hesitant at first, but since the invitation came from a pro, then who are we to say NO?
We hope we made him proud!
