Just recently, the ILQ team had the rare chance of sampling Isaan's top-notch food and hospitality. Being Grand Hyatt Doha's signature restaurant since its onset in March 2009, the Thai restaurant continues to satisfy every customers' taste-buds and senses. The restaurant's concept is to bring Isaan (a vast region in Thailand composed of 20 provinces) to the rest of the world. Contemporary in style, it's ideal for a fun, exotic dinner in a casual atmosphere.
