We met Chef Stefano Ciotti at the Al Messila Resort & Spa where he showed us an authentic Italian dish - Cappelletti Da Nonna Rina. Born in 1973 in Italy, Stefano has always dreamed of becoming a successful chef owning his restaurant. Finally, in July 2015, he opened his own restaurant in Pesaro, “Nostrano di Stefano Ciotti” and in 2017 the talented chef was awarded as a Michelin star.
