Two hayya card issuing receiving centres opened

The Peninsula newspaper reported on 18 September 2022 that the Supreme Committee for Delivery & Legacy will be opening two centres where World Cup ticket holders will be able to receive their Hayya Cards.

The centres are to be located at Ali Bin Hamad Al Attiyah Arena (ABHA Arena) and Doha Exhibition and Convention Center (DECC) in West Bay.

As per Executive Director of Hayya platform at the Supreme Committee for Delivery & Legacy (SC), Saeed Ali Al Kuwari, ticket holders may visit the centres to get their printed physical Hayya Card.

While speaking to Alkass TV, he had also mentioned that those who lose their Hayya Cards can visit the centre to get a replacement card without any additional charges.

It is noteworthy that the Hayya Card or Fan ID is a mandatory requirement to attend matches for local and international match attendees along with match tickets and only those with a match ticket can apply for Hayya Cards.

The Hayya Card will also be an entry visa between the dates 1 November to 23 December 2022.

Saeed Ali Al Kuwari had reportedly also mentioned that seats will be allocated in October and fans will be able to know their exact location then.

He also mentioned that those who have applied for Hayya Cards from outside Qatar and have met all requirements will be receiving their visas to Qatar via email from 1 October 2022.
