Saudi arabia welcome hayya card holders visit visa 60 days

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia announced on 24 August 2022 via its official Twitter account that it will welcome all Hayya Cardholders into the country from November to December 2022 for the FIFA World Cup.

In its statement, the kingdom will approve the entry of Hayya Cardholders 10 days before the start of the World Cup after obtaining an e-visa through their national visa platform. The visa to be provided is multi-entry and is valid for up to 60 days.

The statement clarifies that entering the State of Qatar before visiting Saudi Arabia is not required. However, visitors are required to have a medical insurance policy in place before arrival to Saudi Arabia.

Details

  • Hayya Card holders can apply for the visa via the Saudi Arabia Ministry of Foreign Affairs website.
  • Hayya Card holders will be eligible for the tourist visa/e-visa free of charge.
  • Hayya Card holders must pay for health insurance (Price is subject to the service provider chosen on the website).
  • A passport validity of 6 months is required to be able to apply for an e-visa.
  • E-visa validity: 10 November to 18 December 2022.
  • Hayya Card holders who enter Saudi Arabia with e-visa must exit the Kingdom by 10 January 2023.
