Generosity aims to reduce the consumption of single-use plastic by encouraging others to use refillable products instead.

Micah Cravalho on the launch of the water fountains in Qatar:

"We aspire to be the global leader in water technology, empowering consumers with refillable products as an alternative to single-use packaging,” said co-founder Cravalho.

Goals that Generosity Water aims to achieve at the Qatar 2022:

  • 2,700,000 liters of water filled at the World Cup with the hydration fountains
  • 5,400,000 plastic bottles saved
  • 21,200,00 grams of PET saved
  • 1,301,982 gallons of water not transported
  • 1,302 gallons of diesel not consumed
  • 13,254,172 grams of CO2 eliminated

For this project, Justin Bieber and Micah Cravalho visited Qatar and met with H.E. Sheikha Al Mayassa bint Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani who is an active advocate for art, sustainability, and environmental initiatives in the country.

H.E. Sheikha Al Mayassa on the role of Generosity Water in Qatar 2022:

"Having participated in beach clean-up efforts in Qatar for many years, I have witnessed first-hand the effect of pollution on our natural environment. Through initiatives such as those undertaken by Generosity and the Supreme Committee, and projects such as the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 Art water bottles, which bring together the global artistic community to advocate for a more sustainable future, we are all encouraged to play our part during the World Cup and beyond”
