Qatar Rail announced in a tweet that it has recorded a total of 566,868 passengers yesterday, 20 November 2022, the day of the World Cup opening.
Respectively, Doha Metro and Lusail Tram carried 544,962, and 21,906 passengers. The Red and Gold line was most frequented with the DECC, Souq Waqif, and West Bay metro stations being the busiest stations!
