Argentina's striker, Julián Álvarez, followed this at the 67th mark of the game resulting in a 2 point lead against Poland.
The match results allows for the Argentina team to advance to the Round of 16 as the team gains 3 more points. Argentina lands at the top of Group C with a total of 6 points.
Despite the match loss, Poland will be joining Argentina to the Round of 16 given the results of the Saudi Arabia versus Mexico match.
