The World Cup might be over but you can now make the memory permanent but getting yourself a souvenir ticket. This is a physical and personalised match ticket for the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022™. If you are an original ticket purchaser, from 17 January to 7 February 2023, you can get souvenir tickets for the mobile tickets of the match/matches you've attended with your guests.

Points to note

• Only FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022™ original ticket purchasers can purchase souvenir tickets related to the mobile tickets they owned for the World Cup.
• You can't purchase souvenir tickets directly.
• Personal data, including ticket holder names, can't be changed on a souvenir ticket.
• All tickets included in a ticket application will be printed. You will not be able to select which tickets within a ticket application are printed.
• The price per souvenir ticket is fixed at QR 10 & all tickets contained within a single application number will be printed.
  • For example, if you purchased six tickets within a given ticket application (one for yourself & five for your guests), all six tickets will be printed and the cost would be QR 60.
• Visa payment cards are the exclusive payment method accepted for residents of Qatar.
• If you have changed your address, you can update it in the profile section of your Ticketing Account by mid-February 2023. If your country of residence has changed, you can contact the Customer Care team via the contact form (the subject is 'Other').

Steps to purchase the tickets

• Go to www.fcfs-dom.fwc22.tickets.fifa.com/account and log in to your account.

• Click on 'HOMEPAGE' under 'MY ACCOUNT'.
• Scroll down, and click to select the ticket application(s) to print as souvenir tickets.
• Click on 'Open ticket application to print'.

• Next, on the 'Ticket application summary' page, review the information and click on 'PAY FOR MY SOUVENIR TICKET(S)'.

• On the next page, the 'Souvenir ticket application summary' will be displayed. Here, you can find details like the Quantity, Delivery method, Amount due and Billing information. Please note that the souvenir ticket(s) will be delivered from April 2023 by regular post to the address registered in your FIFA ticketing account.

• Scroll down, acknowledge the terms and click on 'PROCEED TO PAYMENT'.

• Finish the payment, and you will receive the confirmation via email.
