The Doha Corniche has been transformed into a global street carnival during the World Cup with entertainment acts, street performers, parades, live screening of matches, and so much more happening daily! The festivities and activations cover 6 km from the Sheraton Grand Doha Resort & Convention Hotel to MIA Park.

The highlight of the Doha Corniche's array of entertainment and activities is the 'Welcome to Qatar' show. Featuring a symphony of fireworks, drones, and water ensemble, this free show is not to be missed. The show happens at 9 pm daily and the best view to witness it is in Central Corniche!
One of the most iconic places in the Doha Corniche is the World Cup Countdown Clock which once showed the days, hours, and seconds left until the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022™ opening.
The central statue is housed in a glass dome, and the area is decorated with flags of the participating countries.
To welcome fans from all over the world, the Doha Corniche has been decorated with installations representing the many countries of the participating World Cup teams. It's a great spot for a cool photo with a seaside and skyline background.
The Doha Corniche is particularly beautiful at night, with many light installations. The most significant that will catch your eye will be the overhead lighting that decorates the streets. You will also find lanterns, domes decorated with participating World Cup countries, interactive La'eeb lights, and much more!
Local street vendors have taken up shop in various areas of the Doha Corniche, offering unique souvenirs, trinkets, and World Cup accessories!
A popular cultural trend in Qatar is the intricate and beautiful hand henna art design. There are multiple stalls in Doha Corniche that offer these at affordable prices!

The four main stages in the Doha Corniche feature numerous shows, from cultural acts to musical performances. The stages are located in the northern area, central corniche, near Corniche harbor, and at the southern area near the Museum of Islamic Art.
