Turkish Airlines, Europe’s best airline for the fifth year in a row, organized a FAM trip for leading social media influencers from Doha, Qatar, to the beautiful Samsun in Turkey.
The special guests included Aaziz Ali Al-Ansari, Professor at Qatar University, Mahmood Abdulrahman Al-Jaidah, Director of Medical Services at Qatar Petroleum; and Amer Mohd Al- Jabri, CEO, Aljazzera Finance and Economist. They were welcomed by Muhammet Ali Akoğlan, Turkish Airlines Sales Manager for Samsun, and Mehmet Kürşad Caymaz, Turkish AirlinesGeneral Manager, Doha.
The three-day programme in Samsun, a beautiful located in the Black Sea region in Turkey, consisted of amazing activities for the guests. These included breakfast with the Governor, Mayor and leading businessmen from Samsun. They also enjoyed a boat tour in Ayvacik County to be district with the visitors enjoying the natural scenery. They also toured the the amazing Amazon Village in Batipark.
Turkish Airline’s General Manager for Qatar, Mehmed Kursad Caymaz, said: “We were delighted in hosting our special guests on this trip and providing us the opportunity to familiarise themselves with Samsun, one of our most beautiful cities. Turkish Airlines operates two daily flights to Hamad International Airport in Doha from its hub in Istanbul, and one weekly cargo flight on a wide body freighter. For the rest of 2016, the company forecasts that it will see an increase of over 25 percent in passenger traffic.
