Mowasalat has announced in a tweet on April 9, 2022 the requirement of a free of cost ticket to avail the metrolink services effective from Aprill 11, 2022.

The steps to get a ticket are as follows:

1. Install the Karwa Bus Application and sign in
2. Ahead of boarding the bus - Select 'Download an E-Ticket'
3. Click on 'Metro Link QR Ticket' - Your ticket will be displayed on your screen as a golden QR code
4. Scan the ticket on the reader when you enter and exit the bus

Your QR code ticket can be accessed on the swipeable home screen or in the 'Card Management' section of your App.

The QR ticket is only to be downloaded once and will be valid on all metrolink journeys.
