Spain removes entry restrictions for vaccinated travellers from Qatar

The Embassy of the State of Qatar in Madrid, Spain in a Tweet has announced that Spain has opened up its borders on June 7, 2021, to fully vaccinated visitors and recovered individuals travelling from the State of Qatar.

As per the announcement, visitors wishing to enter Spain will need to provide the following:

  • A certificate confirming that its holder has received vaccination against COVID-19 (vaccination certificate).
  • A certificate showing the result of the diagnostic test for active COVID-19 infection (PCR) presented by the holder (diagnostic certificate, 48 hours before arrival in Spain).
  • A certificate confirming that the bearer has recovered from COVID-19 (certificate of recovery, at least 11 days after the first positive NAAT diagnostic test).

All travellers arriving in Spain by air or sea, including those arriving in transit to other countries, must complete a health control form prior to departure through the website: www.spth.gob.es by downloading the SpTH-Health app Travel -Spain available on Android and iOS.

The certificate data must be filled out on the website: www.spth.gob.es.
