The official Twitter account of Doha Metro & Lusail Tram announced in a Tweet that in view of the updated COVID-19 precautionary measures starting 28 May 2021, Doha Metro, metrolink and metroexpress will operate as follows:

• Services operating at a 30% capacity
• Services resume on Fridays and Saturdays
