The Doha Metro & Lusail Tram announced in a tweet on 31 August 2022 that the Park & Ride facility at Ras Bu Fontas metro station will be closed from 1 September 2022 onwards.

The closure will be until further notice.

Alternatively, metro users may use the Park & Ride facility at the Free Zone metro station, available at Entrance 2 or the Al Wakra metro station available at Entrance 1.
