Pakistani and Indian residents in Qatar can now apply for family resident visas through Metrash2. There has been no official announcement about this through the Ministry of Interior, however, if you log in to Metrash2, you can see that Pakistan and India have been added back in the family resident visa category in the drop-down box that says 'Nationality'.

During the COVID-19 pandemic in Qatar, family resident visas had been put on hold to curb the spread of the virus from high-risk countries like Pakistan and India.

It is important to note here that only the "family resident visa" category for Pakistani and Indian residents has been reopened.
