Hamad International Airport (HIA) has been named as the no. 1 airport in the world for its seamless passenger service, according to the AirHelp Score 2019 - Global Airport Ranking. Tokyo Haneda International Airport was named the second best airport and Athens International Airport as the third best, according to Airhelp, which is the world’s leading air passenger rights specialist and help travellers get the compensation they deserve, if their flight is disrupted.

Based on AirHelp's Score 2019 - Global Airline Rankings - Qatar Airways has been named the no.1 airline in the world, for the second time in a row. Qatar Airways is followed by American Airlines, Aeromexico, SAS Scandinavian Airlines,and Qantas.
By gathering data of 133 international airports, AirHelp combines the following information - ontime performance (60%), food and shops (20%), and service quality (20%) - to calculate which airport provides the best passenger service in the world.
