The Nationality, Passports and Residence Affairs (NPRA) of Bahrain announced on Friday, 15 July 2022, to allow all GCC nationals to enter Bahrain via their ID card or passports without pre-arrangements.

The decision meet the resumption of Gulf countries to allow ID cards as a travelling method for their nationals. The decision will facilitate the travel of Bahrainis to all Gulf countries.
The facilities meet the dedication to ease travel procedures for Gulf nationals and promote their interests and the interests of their families out of their strong bonds of kinship, religion, language and destiny.
