The Doha Metro has announced in a tweet on June 2, 2022, that the Doha Metro Red Line services will be replaced with alternative services particularly on Friday, June 3, 2022, and Saturday, June 4, 2022.

There will be replacement buses that will operate every 5 minutes between Ras Bu Fontas and Lusail QNB. The buses will stop at all stations except at Al Wakra and Katara.
There will also be a replacement bus service running between Hamad International Airport Terminal 1 and Ras Bu Abboud station on the Gold Line every 15 minutes.
The Metrolink and Metroexpress will continue to operate as normal.
