Qatar Rail is pleased to announce the launch of the preview service for the Doha Metro Gold Line starting from 21 November 2019. How exciting is that!

Anyone who wants to change between the Red Line and the Gold Line must do so at the Msheireb Station.

The Doha Metro Gold Line stations

The east-west Gold (Historic) Line extends from Ras Bu Aboud to Al Aziziya. Eleven stations run along the Gold Line. These include: Ras Bu Aboud, National Museum of Qatar, Souq Waqif, Msheireb ( Interchange station), Bin Mahmoud, Al Sadd, Joaan, Al Sudan, Al Waab, Sport City and Al Aziziyah.

Metro Link service for the Doha Metro Gold Line

To cover a wider range and serve more meighbourhoods and areas around the Gold Line stations, new routes will be allocated to the Metrolink service, which is a shuttle bus serviceto transport passengers from neighbouring areas to and from the metro stations.

Timings for the Doha Metro Gold Line

Sunday to Thursday: 6 am - 11 pm
Friday: 2 pm - 11 pm
