As the core of our Eco-Schools program is to educate and raise awareness among students, families, and the community, QGBC is hosting this Eco-Schools Best Practices Webinar.
Participating with us will be Pramod Kumar and Nicole Andreou, from The Eco-schools International along with Soumia Masmoudi, A sustainability advocate and artist. We will also hear from our eco-schools committee representatives from The American School of Doha and GEMS American Academy Qatar.
The panelists will share examples of sustainable practices applied internationally and nationally to encourage people confined to their homes due to the Covid19 pandemic to take action to improve their homes and be more sustainable and environmentally friendly. Additionally, the students will share tips, good habits, and practices they gained from the eco-schools’ program to help you reduce your carbon footprint while at home.

BigB MeetUp is a community initiative founded by Bosco Menezes. The aim of this initiative is to inspire, inform, educate and spread the news of the good deeds individuals and groups of people perform in their everyday lives for the betterment of humankind.
