Zekreet Beach Cleanup

Looking for a fun volunteering opportunity? Then join the clean-up campaign of Doha Environmental Actions Project (DEAP) that promotes better environmental practices and encourages people to bin rubbish or take it home to recycle instead of dumping it at the beach.

The Color Run 2020

Let your love shine at the happiest run under the sun! The Color Run Love Tour presented by Sahtak Awalan: Your Health First is happening this Saturday, January 25 at QNCC from 7 am to 1 pm!

The Color Run, also known as the Happiest 5K on the Planet, is a five-kilometre, untimed event. At each kilometre mark, Color Runners are doused from head to toe in a different colored powder. Participants wear white at the starting line and finish the race plastered in color. Once the 5k is over, the fun continues at the Finish Festival, a larger-than-life party equipped with music, dancing, photo ops, activity booths, vendors, and more massive color throws., which create millions of vivid color combinations. This is the best post-5K party on the planet!

KAWS: HE EATS ALONE exhibition at the Doha Fire Station

The first museum show in the Middle East dedicated to Brian Donnelly (b. 1974, USA), known professionally as KAWS. Curated by acclaimed art historian Germano Celant, this solo survey explores the artist’s career and vast oeuvre, featuring paintings, graphic design, small-scale objects, and large-scale sculptures made over the past twenty years.

Mahaseel Souq at Katara Cultural Village

After the conclusion of the Mahaseel festival, the Mahaseel souq will remain open on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays until March 31, 2020. The market features Qatari farms selling various types of fresh fruits and vegetables, flowers and ornamental plants and local companies offering food products related to livestock, in addition to natural honey produced by Qatari farms and the best varieties of local dates.
