It's been almost a week now since people started complaining about Ooredoo Qatar's connectivity disruption and data services on their mobile phones. On 9 November, Ooredoo stated that most of the problems have been fixed, and most people have connectivity now, according to its Twitter post from 9 November 2020:

Thank you for your patience while we work to fully restore our services. Most of our customers are now able to use their mobile services as normal again, and our engineers are still working around the clock to resolve any remaining problems. pic.twitter.com/9mPySp7D1A
However, that doesn't seem to be the case. On Ooredoo Qatar's social media pages, people have still been complaining that connectivity is not smooth and their service is disrupted or their 4G is not working.
The problem seemed to have started after Ooredoo posted that their systems would be undergoing an upgrade on its Twitter page:

Dear Customer: In order to enhance your service experience, we’ll be upgrading our systems on Wednesday 4 November (midnight) so you won’t be able to access our usual channels for service delivery. Rest assured we’ll be back up and running from 6am on Thursday 5 November, pic.twitter.com/WSa1OdFMgF
After the upgrade, Ooredoo customers complained that they were having difficulties with Ooredoo connectivity on their mobile phones Soon even asked for compensation for the damages they had incurred when their connectivity was compromised, while others wanted their bills to be exempted or reduced for this month because of the disruption. To this Oooredoo responded as following on its Twitter page:

We’re sorry you’re experiencing some issues using our network. Rest assured we’re working on fixing the problem, and we’ll have it back up and running as soon as possible.#Ooredoo pic.twitter.com/Y9ZnLnPpx0
People are still complaining. It seems the Ooredoo problem has not been 100% resolved and users are still facing issues? Are you one of them? Are you still having problems with the Ooredoo connection on your mobile phone?
