The Qatari national team coach Felix Sanchez said the team will do its utmost in the match against UAE to achieve victory and qualify for the semi-finals of the FIFA Arab Cup Qatar 2021.
In the match's press conference on Thursday evening at the media center of the tournament, Sanchez said, "We are happy to be in the quarter-finals of the tournament after playing strong matches in the group stage, and now the competition has become stronger and we have to present our best level to reach the next rounds in the tournament"
Regarding the good result achieved by the Qatari team over its UAE counterpart in their last two matches, Sanchez said that each tournament has its circumstances and playing in this tournament is different from the previous ones as past results do not give any advantage of winning in any match, adding that Qatar has to present a good match to ensure winning and qualifying for the semi-finals.
Sanchez denied that the large audience attending the match represents any pressure on the team, but rather it will be a catalyst for the team to win.
