The games that took place at the Jamhour Club stadium in the Lebanese capital Beirut, saw Qatari athletes Tamim Al-Tamimi, Omar Daoud, Saeed Al-Sahouti and Nayef Al-Rashidi win the gold medal for the 100x4 relay race with a time of 41.98 seconds.
A bronze medal was also won by Muhammad Abdul Rahman for the 400m sprint with a time of 49.81 seconds.
