QFA's disciplinary committee fines Al Sadd, Al Wakra, and Al Gharafa clubs

In a tweet, the disciplinary committee of the Qatar Football Association announced several decisions concerning the participation of Al Sadd, Al Wakra and Al Gharafa clubs in the Amir Cup 2022.

The fines imposed to the three clubs are as follows:

  1. Al Sadd - The disciplinary committee decided to impose a fine of QR 5,000 on Al Sadd club for delaying exit from the stadium after the warm-up period during the team's match against Al Ahli on March 5, 2022. This is in according to Article No. (8.44/3) of the Disciplinary Regulations.
  2. Al Wakra - The disciplinary committee decided to impose a fine of QR 5,000 on Al Wakra club for "unsportsmanlike behavior by smoking in their room" on March 5, 2022. This is according to Article No. (8.44/3) of the Disciplinary Regulations.
  3. Al Gharafa - The disciplinary committee decided to impose a fine of QR 20,000 on the club for being late in the players' corridor and delaying the start of the match against Qatar club, which was held on March 6, 2022. This is according to Article No. (1/52) of the Disciplinary Regulations.
