Qatar Football Association's disciplinary committee issued a penalty on Argentine coach Hernán Crespo on 18 August 2022 after the end of Week 3 of the 2022/2023 QNB Stars League.
The committee decided to suspend the coach due to his misconduct and objecting to the referee's decisions in Al Duhail against the Al Rayyan match. In addition to the suspension, the committee also imposed a fine amounting to QR 20,000 on Hernán Crespo.
Al Duhail defeated Al Rayyan 2-1 in Week 3 biggest match.
