Qatar played its group stage third round match against UAE at the Gulf Cup at Al Minaa Olympic Stadium on 13 January 2023, 6 pm. UAE's Fabio Lima scored the first goal of the match at 77 minutes and Qatar's Tameem Al Abdullah scored one at 88 minutes.
Qatar is qualified for the Semi-Finals and will play against Iraq on 16 January 2023 at 4:15 pm.
