Two more Qatar footballers face sanctions over 'violent play'

Qatar Football Association (QFA) announced, 3 November 2021, that the Disciplinary Committee, in its meeting, decided to impose penalties on players Ibrahim Issa Al Hakeem (Umm Salal Club) and Badr Mohamed Noukri (Mesaimeer Club) in the Under-15 Refresher Championship competition.

The suspension of the aforementioned players are for two matches (technical suspension) taking into account what is stipulated in Article 7.5/15 of the Disciplinary Regulations, due to "violent play towards the opponent" based on Article 1 No. (2/2/47) of the Disciplinary Regulations.

On Tuesday, 2 November 2021, Qatar Sports Club player Ali Mahmoud Al-Absi in the Under-19 Refresher Championship competition received three matches suspension and a fine of QR 2,000 for use of 'obscene words' on the playing field.
