‘This year’s activities raise awareness about the importance sport can have on leading healthier lifestyles,’ said HE Sheikh Hamad Bin Khalifa Bin Ahmed Al Thani, President of the Qatar Football Association. ‘Celebrating this significant day with our employees and their families is a sustainable approach towards bringing the Qatar National Vision 2030 to reality.’
Employees from the Qatar Football Association, the Supreme Committee for Delivery & Legacy and the Qatar Stars League will set aside their football organisational duties on Tuesday to celebrate the State of Qatar’s 3rd annual National Sports Day.
Held at the world-renowned Aspire Zone, the football family will come together with a range of sporting activities to raise awareness about the health benefits associated with active lifestyles – in line with the vision of National Sports Day.
