Education City Golf Club (ECGC) has become the first golf course in Qatar to implement a mobile application for its guests.
In line with the clubs strategy of creating first class experience, service and guest satisfaction the mobile app was developed so a user can instantly access relevant information pertaining to the golf course. ECGC are focused on providing a more connected approach to golf, through providing the means of communication and access to information in keeping with consumer digital trends. This approach is set to open the door to a greater proportion of society in Qatar’
Leading an exciting new future for golf, ECGC is embracing a revolutionary approach to encouraging participation. The mobile app is an integral part of making the cutting edge facility accessible for all ages.
A key feature of the ECGC's app is the support it gives members with easy instant access to their accounts and being able to book rounds of golf online. While they play, our ECGC app gives them GPS distances to the green from precise locations, scorecards, tips and flyovers of our world class courses.
Other features of the app allow our members and guests to kept up to date with upcoming events, be the first to see our latest promotions, share their experiences on social media and receive club notifications.
After many months of careful deliberation and evaluation, ECGC partnered with CourseMate to fulfill the requirements and embark on an exciting, revolutionary journey to deliver the club's vision.
Additional features with will be offered in the future with further updates looking to enhance their member’s and guest experiences. Currently the app is on ios however it will soon be available on all android phones in the coming weeks.
