The original time ended in a goalless draw as both teams failed to take the lead in a dramatic final match with the two parties missing several chances to score a goal.
In the extra-time, Amir Sayoud put Algeria in front in the 99th minute with a spectacular shot. In the final seconds of the game, Yacine Brahimi netted the second goal for his side to seal the victory and the title for Algeria.
Algeria scored their first goal in the 99th minute followed by the second goal by Algeria's Yacine Brahimi right at the end of extra time.
