The semi-finals of Qatar Cup 2023 were held on 09 February 2023 with the participation of 4 clubs (Al Sadd, Al Duhail, Al Wakrah and Al Arabi), who finished the QNB Stars League for the last season 2021-2022 in the top four.
Al Sadd defeated Al Arabi 3-1 in a thrilling first semi-final of Qatar Cup 2023 on Thursday, 9 February 2023, at Jassim Bin Hamad Stadium and qualified for the final.
Al Sadd made a total of 3 goals by Woo-Youg Jung (43'), Baghdad Bounedjah (45+1') and Mussab Khidir (79'), while Al Arabi's Boualem Khoukhi made an own goal (86').
Al Duhail beat Al Wakrah 2-1 in an exciting second semi-final match of the Qatar Cup 2023 on Thursday, 9 February 2023, at Jassim Bin Hamad Stadium and qualified for the final.
Al Duhail's Michael Olunga (51') and Tae-hee Nam (72') made one goal each, and Al Wakrah's Mohamed Benyettou (15') scored one.
The final match between Al Sadd and Al Duhail will happen on 6 April 2023, and the timing of the tournament with the venue will be announced soon.
