The Qualifiers Draw for the AFC U23 Asian Cup Qatar 2024 will take place on Thursday, 25 May 2023, at the Asian Football Confederation (AFC) House in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

For the sixth edition of the tournament, a total of 43 teams have submitted their interest to compete on 4 - 12 September 2023.

The teams will be divided into 11 groups: 10 groups with four teams each and the last group to contain three.

Adopting a round-robin format played at a centralized venue, the 11 group winners and 4 best second-placed teams will qualify for the AFC U23 Asian Cup Qatar 2024.

The qualifying teams will join Qatar, the Host, to form the final cast of 16 at the tournament that will commence between 15 April - 3 May 2024.
