As a part of the longstanding partnership between Suhail Industrial Holding Group and the Qatar Cancer Society, Suhail Industrial Holding Group participated in several initiatives surrounding Blood Cancer Awareness Month. Blood Cancer Awareness Month takes place annually to raise community awareness of blood cancers and disorders and the incredible second chance at life that blood stem cell donors give those in need.
On Monday, August 15, The Qatar Cancer Society was thrilled to provide a presentation and workshop at Suhail Industrial Holding Group, raising health awareness about blood cancer disease. Participating members of the Suhail Industrial Holding group gathered in their Mushereib Headquarters to learn about this valuable tailored and practical information for employees.
The Qatar Cancer Society hosted an interactive cancer awareness workshop that focused on how to live healthier lives and the importance of spotting cancer early. Empowering employees within the group to take positive action for their health, raising awareness of how they can reduce their risk of cancer, and the importance of spotting cancer early, the workshop was warmly welcomed by Suhail's staff and Leadership alike.

The program provided tips on how to live a healthier life, spotting cancer early can save lives, and where to go for help with any concerns. The workshop also helped debunk cancer myths and provided evidence-based health information while giving employees access to reliable sources of cancer information. This community-minded initiative is one of the many the fast-developing Suhail Industrial Holding Group has taken part in within the last year, as it has quickly become one of the most community-focused holding groups within the industrial sector.
