In a Tweet, the Primary Health Care Corporation (PHCC) has said that announced the closure of the Umm Ghuwailina health center and subsequent withdrawal of its services during the weekends (Friday and Saturday) starting from 22 October 2021.

Umm Ghuwailina Health Center patients can go to the following health centers on the weekends:

• Al Thumama Health Center
• Omar Bin Al Khattab Health Center
• Al Wakra Health Center
• The Airport Health Center

Clinics and services available to patients are:

• Vaccination clinic
• Laboratory for emergency and urgent cases
• Pharmacy services
• X-ray services
• Emergency and urgent cases
• Dental clinic

PHCC also mentioned that receiving the COVID-19 vaccine will only take place through a prior appointment and those who wish to receive the vaccine will be contacted to set the time and place of their appointment.
