The Public Parks Department of the Ministry of Municipality, in cooperation with the "Gebal Group" company has supervised the installation of a group exercise device in the Museum Park on the Corniche, to encourage park visitors to practice various fitness exercises, as part of an initiative to cooperate with sports and health institutions in the country, for a healthy environment and a better life for all.

The multi-use exercise equipment can accommodate 11 people (young/adult) and has a rubber floor for safety and security. It sits on an area of 48 square meters and enables individuals to do team sports together. There are also healthy exercise suggestions with the "barcode" feature.

Within the framework of community cooperation with Weill Cornell Medicine-Qatar within the “Your Health First” programme, two gyms were set up in Rawdat Al Khail Park and Umm Saneem Par, to encourage visitors of the two parks to exercise and recreate.

In cooperation with Nabina Holding, a sport table will be installed in the near future to practice Teqball.
