The Minister of Commerce and Industry H.E. Ali bin Ahmed Al Kuwari inaugurated the 7th Qatar International Boat Show 2020 (QAWARIB 2020) yesterday.
Being held under the patronage of Prime Minister and Minister of Interior H.E. Sheikh Khalid bin Khalifa bin Abdulaziz Al Thani, the exhibition follows all the preventive and precautionary measures to curb the spread of COVID-19.
The Qatar International Boat Show 2020 is ongoing, from 2:30 pm to 9:30 pm, every day, until November 20 and it is a great event for the people of Qatar and the region’s boat lovers and enthusiasts to witness some beautiful luxury boats and yachts. The event is a one-stop platform to the luxury lifestyle enthusiasts of the region. It showcases our century's old relationship with the sea and the love for the open waters. This event also helps position Qatar as a regional hub for luxury, highly skilled craftsmanship with the most modern boats.
”More than 18 brand new boats mostly made-in-Qatar are being exhibited. The boats are showcased for sale but the main purpose is to promote the products,” said Khalid bin Issa Al Mannai, Chairman of Al Mannai Plus Events. With a total of 33 local exhibitors and 158 international brands, the event not only showcases first-class yachts and boats with the latest marine technology but also unique and must-have marine-related accessories needed for boating, fishing and more!
