In a Tweet, the Supreme Committee for Delivery & Legacy (SC) has announced that the hours of operation at the Doha Exhibition Centre (DEC) have been extended. SC has said that fans can now head there from 10 am till midnight (12 am).

Fan ID is a smart technology identification card that ensures you get the ultimate fan experience in Qatar. All Qataris, residents and visitors attending FIFA Arab Cup Qatar 2021™ matches will need to obtain a Fan ID called "Hay'ya Card", which was launched on 11 November 2021. Hay'ya means let's go in Arabic.

How does the Fan ID or Hay'ya Card work?

Fan ID is your go-to card for access: You’ll need it along with your match ticket to enter the stadium. It also gives you easy access to public transport while in Qatar – including free bus and metro travel on match days.

1. Buy FIFA Arab Cup Qatar 2021™ tickets

The FIFA Arab Cup 2021™ sees 16 teams take part in 32 matches across six of Qatar’s spectacular FIFA World Cup 2022™ stadiums from 30 November-18 December 2021. Buy your tickets now at FIFA.com/tickets. Fans can also buy their tickets and apply for their Fan ID at: Doha Exhibition Centre (next to Katara), Villaggio Mall, Mall of Qatar and Doha Festival City.

2. Apply for your Fan ID

3. Collect your Fan ID

You will be notified when your Fan ID has been approved. Fan ID cards can then be collected from dedicated Fan ID Service Centres. These are located at the Doha Exhibition Centre (DEC) near Katara, and Hamad International Airport.

4. Enter the Stadium

Fan ID is your go-to card for access: You’ll need it along with your match ticket to enter the stadium. It also gives you free bus and metro travel on match days.

How to apply for Fan ID or Hayya Card?

• Step 1: Visit the website: https://fac21.qa/create-account
• Step 2: Click on "I would like to apply for my Fan ID" and click on Next.
• Step 3: Here, you'll need to "Create your Account & Apply". Check the boxes, enter your details and sign up.
• Step 4: Enter the OTP received on your registered email ID and phone number. Your registration process is complete.
• Step 5: Next, fill in the "Application Form" details like Fan ID category, Country of Residence etc.
• Step 6: Upload the necessary documents, personal details, emergency contacts.
• Step 7: Once done, you will be notified when your Fan ID has been approved. It may take up to 72 hours.

Please note that fans can also buy their tickets and apply for their Hay'ya Card (Fan ID) from one of the following locations:

• Doha Exhibition Centre (next to Katara)
• Villaggio Mall
• Mall of Qatar
• Doha Festival City

Opening hours for the above locations to buy tickets are:

• Saturday to Thursday: 10 am - 10 pm
• Friday: 2 pm - 10 pm

Where to collect the Fan ID and things to note?

• It can then be collected from dedicated Fan ID Service Centres at the Doha Exhibition Centre (DEC) (near Al Qassar Metro Station), and Hamad International Airport. You need to take your QID or passport, and your Fan ID confirmation email or SMS.
  
• Fans will be able to collect their Hay'ya Card from DEC from Monday, 15 November (10 AM to 10 PM Saturday to Thursday and 2 PM to 10 PM on Fridays) until the end of the tournament.
• DEC is open for fans to buy tickets, apply for the Hay'ya Card and seek technical support. More ticket/ Hay'ya Card locations will be announced soon.
  
• Fans who live outside Qatar should note the following: After successfully applying for the Hay'ya Card, you will receive an entry permit certificate which you must print and use to enter Qatar.
• Hay’ya Card (Fan ID) delivery service by Qatar Post has been extended until 25 November.

Fan ID will provide its holders with a number of services aimed at enhancing their experience while in Qatar. Along with a valid match ticket, a Fan ID is mandatory to attend all FIFA Arab Cup 2021™ matches.

When should I apply for a Fan ID or Hay'ya Card?

The application window for the Fan ID application will open after the start of official FIFA ticketing sales. This will provide ample opportunity for all ticket holders to apply and receive their Fan ID prior to their arrival in Qatar.

Can I get a Fan ID or Hay'ya Card before buying a ticket to a match?

No, fans can only apply for their Fan ID after receiving a Ticket Number or Ticket Application Number. This will be sent after payment for tickets is made.
