In a Tweet, the Supreme Committee for Delivery & Legacy (SC) has announced that the hours of operation at the Doha Exhibition Centre (DEC) have been extended. SC has said that fans can now head there from 10 am till midnight (12 am).

Fan ID is a smart technology identification card that ensures you get the ultimate fan experience in Qatar. All Qataris, residents and visitors attending FIFA Arab Cup Qatar 2021™ matches will need to obtain a Fan ID called "Hay'ya Card", which was launched on 11 November 2021. Hay'ya means let's go in Arabic.
Fan ID is your go-to card for access: You’ll need it along with your match ticket to enter the stadium. It also gives you easy access to public transport while in Qatar – including free bus and metro travel on match days.
The FIFA Arab Cup 2021™ sees 16 teams take part in 32 matches across six of Qatar’s spectacular FIFA World Cup 2022™ stadiums from 30 November-18 December 2021. Fan ID will be used as the primary means of identification for all spectators of the FIFA Arab Cup 2021™. Fan ID will provide its holders with a number of services aimed at enhancing their experience while in Qatar. Along with a valid match ticket, a Fan ID is mandatory to attend all FIFA Arab Cup 2021™ matches.
The application window for the Fan ID application will open after the start of official FIFA ticketing sales. This will provide ample opportunity for all ticket holders to apply and receive their Fan ID prior to their arrival in Qatar.
No, fans can only apply for their Fan ID after receiving a Ticket Number or Ticket Application Number. This will be sent after payment for tickets is made.
