Vodafone receives top Middle East call center award

Vodafone Qatar was announced as the Best Call Centre of the Year at the Middle East Call Center Awards 2010. Vodafone also received the awards for the Best Career and Skills Path and the Best Recruitment Programme. Andrea Bernasconi, Vodafone Qatar’s Head of Customer Care at the Middle East Call Center Awards received the award at the 2010 gala dinner held in Dubai. “We’re thrilled to have won theses awards; a very big thank you goes out to every single member of Vodafone Qatar’s call centre. These awards are a true recognition of their dedication and commitment to deliver a high quality customer service on a daily basis,” said Andrea Bernasconi, Vodafone Qatar’s Head of Customer Care “To have won these awards in just one year of operations is a great achievement. I’m very proud of our fantastic customer care team and the impressive operation we have in place,” said Vodafone Qatar’s Director of Consumer Business Unit Daniel Horan. With call centres based in Qatar, Egypt and India, Vodafone Qatar has the only Call Centre in the region that offers services in four different languages—English, Arabic, Malayalam and Hindi, a press release said yesterday.
