Vodafone Qatar has reminded prospective customers that only five days remain in its online special promotion under which they can get a free ‘My Number’ online. The offer, which ends on August 31, enables customers to choose their own ‘My Number’, which would normally cost QR500, for free when they join Vodafone online.
“Many customers have already taken advantage of our online promotion and we look forward to welcoming many more customers to the world of Vodafone,” said DeEtte Christie, Head of Online Services, Vodafone Qatar. “Over half of our customers who have joined Vodafone have done so through our innovative online shop in Qatar.”
To join the service, customers only need to visit Vodafone’s online shop and choose any of the value Flexi plans that allow customers to use their mobile phone as they wish. The plans include local and international calls along with text messaging, roaming, and mobile Internet services. When customers choose their Flexi plan, they will gain access to Vodafone’s Ramadan and Eid 2009 promotions. These include ‘Call Anywhere in the World for the Cost of a Local Call’, which enables customers to make international calls to anywhere in the world for only Dhs 50 a minute.
Alongside this, free SMS and MMS during the weekends are also available as part of the offer until the end of September.
