Vodafone Qatar has officially opened its second handset service centre in Qatar, launching its after-sales service centre at Villaggwio Mall in conjunction with Qatar Mobile. The centre offers help and support to customers who have purchased a variety of devices, including Vodafone devices; Apple iPhone devices; BlackBerry devices; Vodafone mobile broadband sticks and Vodafone mobile broadband hotspot (MiFi). “To ensure customers are never left without their phone for too long, Vodafone’s service centre offers a fast straight-swap service for faulty phones under warranty, which means customers normally get a replacement straightaway,” said a spokesperson, adding: “Otherwise a replacement is ready in less than 48 hours.”
