Vodafone Qatar has made it easier for customers to keep in touch with their friends and family overseas with the launch of International MMS. With International MMS, customers can send pictures, short videos and even voice recordings for only QR 1.20 per MMS to friends and family across 14 carriers in 9 popular overseas destinations; with more destinations being added soon. In addition, customers can send MMS’s to email addresses anywhere in the world for the cost of sending an MMS locally at QR 0.80. The recipient will receive the MMS as an email and can reply once to the MMS e-mail directly from their mailbox for FREE. “Many of our customers have friends and family overseas who they don't get to see very often. We are excited to offer International MMS as it helps our customers to keep in touch in a really personal way and be part of the changes or important events in each others lives,” said Dione Meyer, Messaging Product Manager, Vodafone Qatar "A great feature of Vodafone’s MMS service is if our customer or their friend doesn't have an MMS capable mobile they will receive an SMS message telling them how to get the message online," continued Dione Meyer.
