Vodafone Qatar has re-opened its store in Villaggio mall. The 187sq m ultra-modern, multi-functional super store is designed to ensure a premium shopping experience with a highly-qualified and customer-focused team at its core. The Vodafone store’s innovative design is built around delivering quick and professional service and showcases the latest range of smartphones and tablets for customers to try. The store also includes a section dedicated to great value handsets, accessories and data. Differentiated post-paid and prepaid sign-up desks were kept at the back of the store to offer customers a noise-free service space. Additionally, Vodafone’s Villaggio store houses a mezzanine area allocated specifically for post-paid and Business and SME customers with a Retail Team providing tailor-made solutions to their needs. The area also offers a premium lounge for VIP customers who can enjoy a relaxing setting amidst comfortable seating and access to the latest news through newspapers’ decks, TV channels, hot beverages and free Wi-Fi. Moreover, the store is adequately equipped and fitted to accommodate special technology and smartphone evenings and events for customers while maintaining an uncompromised trade platform for other visitors. Marc Norris, Chief Commercial Officer at Vodafone Qatar said: “With the reopening of our store in Villaggio mall, it was essential to enhance our customer proposition with a completely new store to offer world-class products and services that customers expect from the Vodafone Qatar brand. An estimated 1.4m shoppers visit Villaggio every month and it is therefore crucial to re-iterate our superior customer approach with live and engaging retail experiences that are consistent across all of our touch-points. This is truly a reflection of our efforts as we thrive in delivering operational excellence.” Vodafone Qatar also announced the opening of two additional franchise stores taking the company’s footprint to 20 stores in total, six of which are franchise outlets. The two stores are located in Lulu Al Khor and in Old Airport Street, serving key Qatari populated areas and bringing ease and convenience to customers working and residing there.
