All pre-entry permits (visas) can be extended three days before their expiry date through the Metrash2 app without visiting the Service Centres, according to a tweet by the Ministry of Interior. These include visas approved in advance such as family visit visas and business visas.
The e-services of the Ministry of Interior allow access to its services remotely with minimal efforts at one's convenience. For technical assistance and questions about Metrash2, please call 2342000.
