The Ministry of Commerce and Industry (MOCI) announced the inspection campaign carried out on a retail outlet discovered to be operating without a commercial license.

The inspection campaign was done in coordination with the Ministry of Interior (MOI). The retail outlet was operating in a residence in Msheireb and was selling counterfeit products and goods of international brands on social media.
The Ministries confirm that the retail outlet is in violation of Article No. (6) of Law No. (8) of 2008 Consumer Protection.
