The Civil Defence has strictly said that Villaggio Shopping Mall will not be opened until they meet required safety measures, Al Sharq reported yesterday. Putting an end to rumors and speculations about the reopening of Villaggio, Major Hussain Aman Al Ali, Head of Media and Public Relations Department at the Civil defence, said: “We will approve the Villaggio to open for public only after it meets all required safety measures.” Al Ali, further explained that Villaggio Shopping Mall lack some safety measures and alarm systems, therefore they have been given time to upgrade.
